Nico, an actor from Argentina, tries his luck in New York, and soon discovers that he is \"very blond fora Latin look\", with a very strong accent for the American standards. His good look help him to hide what is precarious and lonely on his life. Through Theo, he finds a group of Latin babysitters in the park he frequents. He gets in contact with the experiences of immigrants, much more difficult than the confrontation with the destructive nature of their self-imposed exile.<\/p>\n

About the director<\/p>\n

Julia Solomonoff is a director, screenwriter, actress and producer. Born in Rosario, Argentina, she graduated from Enerc and obtained a masters degree in Film from Columbia University in New York, where she currently teaches directing workshops. Her first work, Hermanas (2005), was selected for Sundance workshops, premiered at the Toronto Festival and was selected by several international festivals. She was awarded at Cine Cear\u00e1 for her second feature The Last Summer of the Little Boy.<\/p>\n
